At Happy Hatching Mind, I offer integrative clinical supervision tailored to support counsellors, therapists, and mental health professionals in their practice. With over 30 years of experience in care and support roles, including more several years in private counselling practice, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the supervisory relationship.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from a diverse toolkit that includes person-centred therapy, CBT, EMDR, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness. Having completed training specific to trauma and trauma-informed approaches, I am confident in my skills to both scaffold new counsellors while they put what they have learnt into practice, and support experienced counsellors, who may be looking for a fresh supervisory relationship, to gain new perspectives, align with a different theoretical approach, or receive guidance in a specialised area like trauma or EMDR; a change in supervision can reinvigorate professional growth.
I offer flexible supervision sessions either face-to-face, by telephone, or on video to accommodate your preferences and schedule. Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can reflect, grow, and maintain the highest standards of ethical practice.
Whether you are looking for a collaborative or reflective style, a supervisor who fits your evolving practice, I know the right supervisor can make all the difference.
